Land to be Acquired for Road and Road to be Stopped, Vested and Amalgamated, Block VII, Mapara Survey District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, New Plymouth, declares:

(a) Pursuant to section 20, the areas described in the First Schedule hereto, to be acquired for road and vested in the Crown from the date of publication of this declaration in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to section 116 (1), the areas of road described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be stopped.

(c) Pursuant to sections 117 and 120 (3), the road first described in the Second Schedule, now known as section 1, S.O. 13286 when stopped, to be vested in Hugh Douglas Bremner and Kura Jocelyn Bremner and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume C2, folio 774.

(d) Pursuant to sections 117 and 120 (3), the road second and third, described in the Second Schedule, now known as sections 2 and 3, S.O. 13286, when stopped, to be vested in Hugh Douglas Bremner and Kura Jocelyn Bremner and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume E1, folio 701.

Land to be Declared Road and Road Stopped in Forest Hill Hundred

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Invercargill:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto, to be road and vested in The Southland District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be stopped and declares that:

1. The area firstly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 7D/209, subject to existing encumbrances.

2. The area secondly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 100/241, subject to existing encumbrances.

3. The area thirdly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 8D/708, subject to existing encumbrances.
