Land in Waikato District Acquired for Limited Access Road (State Highway No. 1)

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for limited access road, which becomes road, limited access road, and State highway and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Amending a Notice Acquiring an Easement for a Telecommunications Installation (Waimarino Microwave) in Ruapehu District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wanganui, hereby amends the notice, dated the 3rd day of May 1994, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 5 May 1994, No. 42, page 1579, acquiring an easement for a telecommunications installation, by deleting the words and figures “for a telecommunications installation” and “and to vest in the Crown on the 5th day of May 1994” where they respectively appear.
