Notice of Meeting of Creditors

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Apollo Building Associates (Tauranga) Society Limited:

Notice is hereby given in pursuance of section 291 of the Companies Act 1955, that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will be held at the offices of Murray Crossman & Partners, 132 First Avenue, Tauranga at 10.30 a.m. on the 9th day of August 1994.

Business:

1. To lay before the meeting an account showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of and to receive any explanations thereof by the liquidator.

2. To determine the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the company and of the liquidator are to be disposed of.

Notice is hereby given in pursuance of section 291 of the Companies Act 1955, that meetings of the members and creditors of the above-named company will be held at the offices of KPMG Peat Marwick, KPMG Centre, Tenth Floor, 9 Princes Street, Auckland, at 11 a.m. on the 1st day of September 1994, for the purpose of having an account laid before the meetings showing how the winding up has been conducted, and to receive any explanations thereof by the liquidator, and to determine the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the company and of the liquidator are to be disposed of.
