APPOINTMENT OF RECEIVERS
Metropolitan Communication Limited (trading as The Communication Company)
Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receivership Act 1993
We, Richard Dale Agnew and Kevin James Beardsley, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed receivers of Metropolitan Communication Limited (trading as The Communication Company) on the 20th day of July 1994 by the Bank of New Zealand, under the terms of a debenture giving the holders a fixed and floating charge over the whole of the assets of the company.
The property in receivership is all of the company’s undertaking, property and assets.
The receivers’ office address is Coopers & Lybrand, Level 28, Coopers & Lybrand Tower, 23–29 Albert Street, Auckland.
The receivers’ postal address is Coopers & Lybrand, P.O. Box 48, Auckland.
