Take notice that in exercise of the powers contained in a debenture dated the 29th day of July 1993, issued by Colyer & Green Limited to Leath Thompson and Coral Burgess Kionig, the said Leath Thompson and Coral Burgess Kionig, have on the 6th day of July 1994, appointed Mervyn Stanley Cook and Peter David Adam, both chartered accountants, jointly and severally as receivers and managers to enter upon and take possession of all the undertaking and all the real and personal property and all the assets and effects, whatsoever, both present and future, including the uncalled capital, present and future, charged by the said debenture and to exercise all or any of the powers in that behalf conferred on a receiver and manager by the said debenture or by law.

The receivers and managers have their office at the offices of Cook Adam & Co, 181 Spey Street, Invercargill.
