District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land
Information, Hamilton, hereby amends the notice dated the
14th day of September 1992 and published in the New
Zealand Gazette on 17 September 1992, No. 150 at page
3137, stopping road in Hauraki District by deleting
“memoranda of mortgage H. 173440.4 and H. 173440.5”
and substituting “memorandum of mortgage
H. 173440.4”.
