agreement to purchase in respect of those individuals;
(b) who is not of a class of persons specified by the Minister in that notice as being individuals who may not receive services purchased by a regional health authority; or
-
A citizen of New Zealand (which includes any citizen of the Cook Islands, Niue, or Tokelau) if so specified from time to time by the Minister by notice in the Gazette; or a visitor to New Zealand, or an individual of a class of such citizens or visitors, from time to time specified by the Minister by notice in the Gazette; or
-
An individual recognised by the Government of the United Kingdom as a national (and the services must be required to be provided for that individual while in New Zealand by the agreement set out in the Schedule to the Health Benefits (Reciprocity with the United Kingdom) Act 1982); or
-
An individual who is a resident of Australia (and the services must be required to be provided for that individual while in New Zealand by the agreement set out in the Schedule to the Health Benefits (Reciprocity with Australia) Act 1986); or
-
A child under the age of 16 years who for the time being is under the care and control of an individual described in paragraphs 1 to 12 above; or
-
An individual receiving compulsory services under the Tuberculosis Act 1948, the Health Act 1956, the Alcoholism and Drug Addiction Act 1966, the Mental Health (Compulsory Assessment and Treatment) Act 1992, or any regulations made under such legislation; or
-
A prison inmate, including an individual on remand, who requires services not available through the prison health services; or
-
A person who is not ordinarily resident in New Zealand under the Accident Rehabilitation and Compensation Insurance (Ordinary Residence Definition) Regulations 1992 who has suffered personal injury to which the Accident Rehabilitation and Compensation Insurance Act 1992 applies which is a work injury or a motor vehicle injury (and the Health Services or Disability Services must be necessitated by or directly arising from that injury).

The Traffic (Western Bay of Plenty District) Notice No. 1, 1994
Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, and a delegation from the Minister of Transport, I, Judith Olga Stack, Secretary for Transport give the following notice:
Notice
This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Western Bay of Plenty District) Notice No. 1, 1994.
The areas specified in the First Schedule are declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
The road specified in the Second Schedule is declared to be a 70 kilometre an hour speed limit area pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976.
The Traffic (Tauranga County) Notice No. 4, 1977, dated on the 29th day of July 1977*, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, is revoked.
First Schedule
SITUATED within Western Bay of Plenty District at Katikati:
All those roads bounded by a line commencing at a point on the northern side of Boyd Street 200 metres measured north-westerly, generally, along Boyd Street from Hyde Street; thence across Boyd Street at right angles from its northern side to its southern side; thence south-easterly, generally, by a right line to the eastern side of Rawaka Drive at its intersection with the southern bank of the Uretara Stream; thence southerly, generally, along the eastern side of Rawaka Drive to a point 140 metres measured north-westerly, generally, along Rawaka Drive from Henry Street; thence across Rawaka Drive at right angles from its eastern side to its western side; thence southerly, generally, along the western side of Rawaka Drive to its intersection with the western side of No. 2 State Highway (Wellington - Pokeno via Gisborne); thence southerly, generally, along the said side of the said State highway to a point 100 metres measured southerly, generally, along the said State highway from Marshall Road; thence across the said State highway at right angles from its western side to its eastern side; thence southerly, generally, by a right line to the southern terminating end of Marshall Road; thence south-easterly, generally, by a right line to a point on the western side of Marshall Road 300 metres measured south-easterly, generally, along Marshall Road from No. 2 State Highway (Wellington - Pokeno via Gisborne); thence across Marshall Road at right angles from its western side to its eastern side; thence north-easterly, generally, by a right line to a point on the western side of Wills Road 200 metres measured southerly, generally, along Wills Road from Gilfillan Drive; thence northerly, generally, along the western side of Wills Road to its intersection with the southern side of Beach Road; thence across Beach Road at right angles from its southern side to its northern side; thence north-easterly, generally, by a right line to the north-eastern terminating end of Park Road; thence across Park Road at right angles from its north-eastern side to its north-western side; thence south-westerly, generally, by a right line to the western terminating end of Levey Lane; thence south-westerly, generally, by a right line to the north-western side of Crossley Street at its intersection with the western side of Church Street; thence westerly, generally, by a right line to a point on the eastern side of No. 2 State Highway (Wellington - Pokeno via Gisborne) 180 metres measured northerly, generally, along the said State highway from Hyde Street; thence across the said State highway at right angles from its eastern side to its western side; thence south-westerly, generally, by a right line to the commencing point.
SITUATED within Western Bay of Plenty District at Ongare Point:
All those roads bounded by a line commencing at a point on the northern side of Ongare Point Road 240 metres measured south-westerly, generally, along Ongare Point Road from Harbour View Road; thence across Ongare Point Road at right angles from its northern side to its southern side; thence due south by a right line for a distance of 500 metres; thence due east by a right line to the western shore of the Tauranga Harbour; thence north-westerly, generally, along the western shore of the Tauranga Harbour to a point due east of the north-eastern terminating end of Tuapiro Road; thence due west by a right line to the said end of Tuapiro Road; thence north-westerly and south-westerly, generally, along the northern side of Tuapiro Road to a point 930 metres measured north-westerly and south-westerly, generally, along Tuapiro Road to...
