Appointment of Member of the Commerce Commission

Pursuant to section 9 of the Commerce Act 1986, Her Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to appoint

Alan Esmond Bollard of Wellington

to be chairman and a member of the Commerce Commission for a period of 5 years commencing on the 1st day of April 1994.

Education Act 1989

Dissolution of Board of Trustees and Appointment of a Commissioner

Pursuant to regulation 106 (1) (aa) of the Education Act 1989, for the reason that so many casual vacancies have arisen that there is no longer any member of the Board who is eligible to preside at meetings of the Board, I hereby dissolve the Pongaroa School Board of Trustees and appoint Mr Ian Ross as Commissioner to act in its place.
