Sony New Zealand Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland, has acquired the assets and undertaking related to the New Zealand business previously conducted in New Zealand by a branch of Sony Australia Limited. Consequently all products and services previously supplied by that branch are now supplied by Sony New Zealand Limited and there is no further necessity for Sony Australia Limited to continue to have a place of business in New Zealand.
