Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto, to be road and vested in The Rotorua District Council.

Amending a Notice Realigning Road in Otorohanga District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, hereby amends the notice dated the 24th day of March 1994 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 14 April 1994, No. 33, at page 1344, realigning road in Otorohanga District by deleting “H. 434975” from paragraph (b) and substituting “H. 434795.5”.
