Notice of Distribution of Surplus Assets

Whereas The Bible Church Incorporated was dissolved, pursuant to section 28 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, on the 24th day of April 1991, and after payment of all known costs, debts and liabilities, the society has surplus assets which cannot be disposed of in accordance with its rules and where, pursuant to section 27 (1) and (3) of the said Act, the Registrar has power to direct the disposal of such assets and to give further directions:

Now therefore, I, Patricia Anne Harrison, Assistant Registrar of Incorporated Societies, do hereby direct that such assets be disposed of to the South Auckland Bible Church Incorporated.

Fisheries (Central Area Commercial Fishing) Regulations 1986

The Fisheries (Gisborne Licensed Concession Fish Packing House) Notice 1994 (No. 5350)

Pursuant to regulation 2 of the Fisheries (Central Area Commercial Fishing) Regulations 1986*, and a delegation made, pursuant to section 41 of the State Sector Act 1988, the Acting Deputy Group Director of MAF Fisheries hereby makes the following notice:

N o t i c e

1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Fisheries (Gisborne Licensed Concession Fish Packing House) Notice 1994.

(2) This notice shall come into effect on the day after its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

2. Interpretation—In this notice, unless the context otherwise requires, terms and expressions used in this notice shall have the same meaning as in the Fisheries (Central Area Commercial Fishing) Regulations 1986.

3. Licensed concession fish packing house—The following licensed fish packing houses are hereby designated as licensed concession fish packing houses for the purposes of processing, possession or sale of male spiny rock lobster or male spiny rock lobster tail from the Gisborne Concession Area:

4. Revocation—The Fisheries (Gisborne Licensed Concession Fish Packing House) Notice 1993 (No. 5245) appearing in the New Zealand Gazette on the 18th day of June 1993 at page 1603, is hereby revoked.
