Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

The National Bank of New Zealand Limited, with reference to Questmark Holdings Limited, hereby gives notice that on the 24th day of June 1994, the bank appointed Anthony George Lewis and Stephen John Tubbs, chartered accountants of Coopers & Lybrand, Wellington and Christchurch, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 28th day of May 1993.

The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.

Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager

Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

Marlborough Pension Funds Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Wellington, hereby gives notice that on the 29th day of June 1994, it appointed Anthony John McCullagh as its receiver and manager of the property of Moad Limited (formerly Para Limited), under a debenture dated the 4th day of March 1993, which property consists of all the undertaking, goodwill and assets relating to the operation of the business carried on by Moad Limited.
