Notice of Review of Need for Continued Imposition of Anti-Dumping Duty on PVC Cling Film From Korea and Taiwan
I hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 14 (5) of the Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act 1988, I have initiated a review of the need for the continued imposition of anti-dumping duty on the goods described in the Schedule to this notice. Anti-dumping duty was imposed on these goods in a notice dated 23 September 1992, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 1 October 1992.

Goods Subject to Review
Description of goods subject to this notice:
Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) cling film, of gauges between 7 and 32 microns, and a width of 195 millimetres or more, but excluding PVC cling film imported and sold in dispenser packs.
Country of Origin:
Korea, Taiwan
Description of goods subject to this notice:
The goods are currently classifiable under Tariff Item and Statistical Key 3920.42.09.19A of the Tariff of New Zealand. This Tariff Item and Statistical Key are provided for convenience and Customs purposes only, the written description being dispositive.
