Land at Waltham/Wilsons Road Set Apart for Road

Pursuant to section 52 (4) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, at the request of The Christchurch City Council, hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto, held by that council for use as a pleasure ground, to be set apart for road.

149 square metres, being part Lot 1 on Deposited Plan 8016; as shown marked “A” on S.O. Plan 19172, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Christchurch.

Land at Ruapuna Acquired for a Primary School

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for a primary school and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this declaration in the New Zealand Gazette.

Declaring Stopped Road to be the Vested and Land Taken in the District of Tasman

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Nelson:

(a) Pursuant to sections 117 and 120 (3) declares:

(i) The area of stopped road described in the First Schedule hereto shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 8B/849, subject to memorandum of mortgage 283376.2.

(ii) The area of stopped road described in the Second Schedule hereto shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 10B/981.

(iii) The area of stopped road described in the Third Schedule hereto shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 10B/833.

(iv) The area of stopped road described in the Fourth Schedule hereto shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 111, folio 137, subject to memorandum of mortgage 308150.3.

(v) The area of stopped road described in the Fifth Schedule hereto...

Schedule hereto shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 168, folio 87, subject to memorandum of mortgage 236483.3 and statutory land charges 243078.1 and 275914.1.

(b) Declares the land described in the Sixth and Seventh Schedules hereto to be taken under section 119 (1) and declares that:

(i) The area described in the Sixth Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 8B/849, subject to memorandum of mortgage 283376.2.

(ii) The area described in the Seventh Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land certificate of title, Volume 111, folio 137, subject to memorandum of mortgage 308150.3.
