Declaring Road to be Stopped, Vested and Amalgamated—Gold Street, Waitara

Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120 (3) of the Public
Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of
Lands, the District Manager, Department of Survey and
Land Information, New Plymouth, declares the piece of
road described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped, and
further declares that the said piece of stopped road shall be
vested in Ronald George Bosson and amalgamated with the
land in certificate of title A3/1013 subject to all
encumbrances registered on the certificate of title on the
date of registration of this notice in the Land Registry
Office.

Land Information, Wellington, hereby revokes the notice
dated the 27th day of July 1993 and published in the New
Zealand Gazette, 1993, No. 114, page 2208.

Amending a Notice Declaring Land to be Set Apart for Esplanade Reserve

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting
Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and
Land Information, Wellington, amends the notice dated the
31st day of May 1994 and published in the New Zealand
Gazette of 2 June 1994, No. 53, page 1864, by adding, after
esplanade reserve “and shall vest in The Porirua City
Council” in the recital.

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting
Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and
Land Information, Wellington, amends the notice dated the
31st day of May 1994 and published in the New Zealand
Gazette of 2 June 1994, No. 53, page 1865, by removing
“Crown” in the title and by removing “Crown” in the
recital.

Land at Smith Street, Kaiapoi Acquired for Road and Recreation Reserve

Pursuant to sections 20 (1) and 50 of the Public Works Act
1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the
District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land
Information, Christchurch, declares that, an agreement to
that effect having been entered into, the land described in
the First Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for road and
the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, is hereby
acquired for recreation reserve and shall vest in The
Waimakariri District Council on the date of publication of
this declaration in the New Zealand Gazette.
