Manawatu District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting
District Manager, Department of Survey and Land
Information, Wellington, hereby amends the notice dated
the 12th day of May 1994 and published in the New
Zealand Gazette on 19 May 1994, No. 48, page 1712,
declaring road to be stopped and amalgamated, by deleting
the words and figures “certificate of title No. 5A/256” and
inserting the words and figures “certificate of title No.
6A/256”.

Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act
1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the
Manager (Lands and Property), Department of Survey and
Land Information, Christchurch, declares the road in the
Schedule hereto, to be stopped and declares that—

(i) The area coloured green on S.O. Plan 11718 and the
area marked “W” on S.O. Plan 19109, shall vest in The
Waimakariri District Council for a recreation reserve.

(ii) The areas marked “H” and “J” on S.O. Plan 19109,
shall vest in the Crown for river diversion.

(iii) The area marked “G” on S.O. Plan 19109, shall
vest in the Crown for river diversion purposes.
