Notice Calling Final Meeting

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Westlane Cabinetmakers Limited (in liquidation):

Notice is hereby given in pursuance of section 291 of the Companies Act 1955, that a general meeting and meeting of creditors of the above-named company will be held at the offices of Walker & Co, 9 Rendall Place, Eden Terrace, Auckland on Thursday, the 14th day of July 1994 at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of having an account laid before it showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of, and to receive any explanation thereof by the liquidator.

Further Business:

To consider, and if thought fit, to pass the following resolution as an extraordinary resolution, namely:

“That the books and papers of the company be retained by the directors of the company for a period of 1 year and then be destroyed.”

● Every member/creditor entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy (or when that is allowed, 1 or more proxies) to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not also be a member/creditor.

Proxies to be used at the meetings must be lodged at the above-mentioned office (P.O. Box 8023, Symonds Street, Auckland) no later than 5 o’clock in the afternoon of the 12th day of July 1994.
