Notice of Resolution for Voluntary Winding Up and Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Tycan Electrical Industries Limited:

Notice is hereby given that by duly signed entry in the minute book of the above-named company on the 3rd day of June 1994, the following special resolution was passed by the company, namely:

1. That a declaration of solvency having been filed in accordance with section 274 (2) of the Companies Act 1955, the company be wound up voluntarily.

2. That David Robert Larkin, chartered accountant of Auckland, be and is hereby appointed liquidator of the company.

The liquidator hereby fixes the 27th day of June 1994, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims, and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 308 of the Companies Act 1955, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

Appointment of Liquidators and Meeting of Creditors

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Cedar Valley Press Limited (in liquidation):

Notice is given that by duly signed entry in the minute book of the above-named company on the 31st day of May 1994, the following special resolution was passed by the company, namely:

1. That at the request of Rowan John Chapman and Geoffrey Donald Campbell Walker the special resolution dated 24 May 1994 appointing Rowan John Chapman and Geoffrey Donald Campbell Walker as joint liquidators of the company but subject to the confirming resolutions at the creditors’ meeting to be held in respect of the liquidation of the company be revoked.

2. That the official assignee be appointed as the provisional liquidator of the company and that the official assignee be requested to appoint Rowan John Chapman and Geoffrey Donald Campbell Walker jointly and severally to act as his agent until the creditors’ meeting is held in respect of the liquidation of the company.

A meeting of creditors of the company will be held at the office of Paul Carran, Solicitor, 156 Vincent Street, Auckland on the 13th day of June 1994 at 2 p.m.

Notice is hereby given that John Robert Buchanan and Stephen Glenn Hotchin, were appointed liquidators of Ponsonby Galleries Limited (in liquidation) at a meeting of its creditors held on the 17th day of May 1994.

The liquidators do hereby fix the 13th day of July 1994, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims, and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 308 of the Companies Act 1955, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
