Roadway Declared Road in Gisborne Land District

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 320 of the Maori Land Act 1993, and in accordance with a recommendation made by the Maori Land Court to the Minister of Transport, I, Dame Catherine Anne Tizard, the Governor-General of New Zealand declare that the land comprised in the roadway described in the Schedule hereto, shall be road.

Gisborne Land District

1098m², being part Marangairoa A37B, Block IX, East Cape Survey District, as shown as roadway on ML Plan 8605, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor, Gisborne Land District.

Given under the hand of Her Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 25th day of May 1994.
