Easements in Gross Acquired for Sewage Drainage, Stormwater Drainage and Stormwater and Sewage Drainage in Porirua City

Pursuant to sections 20 and 28 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington, declares that, an easement in gross to drain sewage as described in the First Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto; an easement in gross to drain stormwater as described in the Third Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired over the land described in the Fourth Schedule hereto; an easement in gross to drain stormwater and sewage as described in the Fifth Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired over the land described in the Sixth Schedule hereto, and further declares that the said easements shall be in favour of The Porirua City Council.
