from the Register of Members of the Society and fixed the date of 26 April 1997 after which Alan Craig Davenport-Brown may apply for re-registration under this Act.
Alan Craig Davenport-Brown was ordered to pay to the society the sum of $4,373.10 (including G.S.T.) in respect of costs and expenses of and incidental to the inquiry by the Disciplinary Committee and the investigation by the Investigation Committee.
The Disciplinary Committee ordered that its decision be published in the Accountant’s Journal, the New Zealand Gazette, The Evening Post and The Dominion newspapers with mention of the member’s name and locality.
The decision of the Disciplinary Committee is based on the serious view taken of the offences and the member’s past record involving two previous censures.

Notice of Proposal to Promote an Indicative Referendum Petition
Pursuant to section 7 of the Citizens Initiated Referenda Act 1993, I give notice that I have received from Michael Laws, M.P., Hon. Winston Peters, M.P., and Geoff Braybrooke, M.P., a proposal to promote an indicative referendum petition.
The wording of the question proposed to be put to voters in an indicative referendum is—
“Should the size of Parliament be reduced from 120 Members of Parliament to 100 by reducing the number of ‘list’ M.P.s from 55 seats to 35 seats?”
Comment is invited on this wording. Anyone wishing to comment must send three written copies to:

by 5 pm on Friday, the 8th day of July 1994.

Animal Remedies Act 1967
Licenses Issued And Revoked Under the Animal Remedies Act 1967 (Notice No. 5347; Ag.154)
Pursuant to section 21 (6) of the Animal Remedies Act 1967, the Acting Registrar of the Animal Remedies Board hereby gives notice that licenses listed in Schedules I, and II have been issued as follows:

The licenses for remedies listed in Schedule I are new licenses issued, not declared to be Prescription Animal Remedies.

The licenses for remedies listed in Schedule II are new licenses issued which have been declared to be Prescription Animal Remedies and may be administered to an animal only—
(a) in the case of PAR Class I (i) By a veterinary surgeon; or
(ii) Under and in accordance with the authority or prescription of a veterinary surgeon;
(b) in the case of PAR Class III (i) By a veterinary surgeon.
Pursuant to section 28 (3) of the Animal Remedies Act 1967, the Acting Registrar of the Animal Remedies Board hereby gives notice that the licenses listed in Schedule III have been revoked.
