Notice of Order to Wind Up a Company

The following company was wound up, pursuant to section 362 (9) of the Companies Act 1955, on the 26th day of May 1994, and the official assignee was appointed provisional liquidator. The official assignee’s office have appointed David Muir Gray and Gary Traveller of Price Waterhouse, Wellington, their agents.

Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of Mjarb Media Limited will be held at the offices of Price Waterhouse, 11 Church Street, Wellington on the 17th day of June 1994 at 10 a.m. for the purposes of confirming the appointment of the liquidator and consider and, if thought fit, constitute a committee of inspection.
