Limited, being the holder of a debenture in its favour dated
the 8th day of September 1993 and registered at the
Companies Office at Auckland on the 10th day of
September 1993 ("the debenture") issued by Outdoor
Sportswear Holding Company Limited ("the company"),
hereby gives notice that on the 23rd day of May 1994,
under the powers contained in the debenture, it appointed
Lawrence George Chilcott and Peter Charles Chaffield,
chartered accountants, both of Auckland, jointly and
severally as receivers and managers of all the undertaking,
property and assets of the company.
