Harbours Act 1950

Sale of Wanganui Harbour Land

I, Maurice Donald Williamson, Minister of Transport, having obtained the concurrence of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to section 143A (3) of the Harbours Act 1950, hereby approve, pursuant to section 143A (1) (a) and section 143C (1) (b) (i) of the Act, the sale of land referred to in the Schedule below by the Wanganui District Council, and I specify that my approval is effective from the date of this notice.

Schedule

All that parcel of land containing 550 square metres, more or less, situate in the City of Wanganui, being Lot 2 on Deposited Plan 46873, and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 17c, folio 564 (Wellington Registry).

Dated at Wellington this 5th day of May 1994.
