Notice is given, pursuant to section 281 (2) of the Companies Act 1955, that a general meeting of each of the above-named companies will be held at Level Six, CML Building, 22–24 Victoria Street, Wellington on Tuesday, the 31st day of May 1994 at 9 a.m., to consider the following business:

(1) To receive, consider and adopt the statement showing how the winding up of the company has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of.

(2) To consider (as an extraordinary resolution):

That the books and papers of the company be committed to the custody of Brierley Investments Limited and that, after the expiration of 2 years from the date of dissolution those books and papers or any part thereof, be destroyed at such times as Brierley Investments Limited may determine.

Notice is hereby given, in pursuance to sections 290 and 291 of the Companies Act 1955, that meetings of the members and creditors of the above-named club will be held in the boardroom, Walker Davey & Co., Chartered Accountants, 118 Victoria Street, Christchurch on Friday, the 20th day of May 1994 at 11 a.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before it showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the club has been disposed of, and to receive any further explanations thereof by the liquidator.

Further Business:

To resolve, pursuant to section 328 (1) (b) that the liquidator be authorised to dispose of the books of the club and of the liquidator as the meeting decides.

Every member or creditor entitled to attend and vote at the meetings is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote for them. A proxy need not be a member or creditor respectively.
