Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955
The National Bank of New Zealand Limited, with reference to Ward Clothing Company Limited, hereby gives notice that on the 5th day of May 1994, the bank appointed Richard Dale Agnew and Kevin James Bearsley, chartered accountants of Coopers & Lybrand, 23–29 Albert Street, Auckland, jointly and severally, as receivers and managers of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 29th day of August 1988.
The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.

Foodstuffs (South Island) Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at 167 Main North Road, Christchurch, with reference to Knight’s Mini Market Limited, hereby gives notice that on the 19th day of April 1994, it appointed Christopher Paul Worth and Richard Stewart McKnight, chartered accountants, both of Dunedin, whose office is at the firm of Coopers & Lybrand, Chartered Accountants, Ground Floor, Forsyth Barr House (P.O. Box 5848), Octagon, Dunedin, to be jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the undertaking, property and assets of Knight’s Mini Market Limited under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 28th day of May 1991 and given by Knight’s Mini Market Limited to Foodstuffs (South Island) Limited, Cash Wholesalers (South Island) Limited and Foodstuffs (Otago-Southland) Properties Limited.
The receivers and managers have been appointed jointly and severally in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all property and assets, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled capital and called but unpaid capital and goodwill.
