Notice is hereby given that by a duly signed entry in the minute book of the above-named company, pursuant to section 362 (9) of the Companies Act 1955, on the 29th day of April 1994, the following extraordinary resolution was passed by the company:

"That the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up, and that accordingly, the company be wound up voluntarily."

Notice is hereby given that a meeting of creditors of the company is to be held on Friday, the 13th day of May 1994 at 9 a.m. at G. A. J. Knobloch, Ruataniwha Street, Waipukurau.
