Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

The Trustees Executors and Agency Company of New Zealand Limited (“the trustee”), give notice that on the 23rd day of March 1994, pursuant to its powers conferred in a debenture trust deed dated 14 February 1992 between Fortex Group Limited (“Fortex”), various wholly owned subsidiaries of Fortex and itself, it appointed Alan Raymond Isaac and John Stewart Drage, chartered accountants of KPMG Peat Marwick, Peat Marwick House, 135 Victoria Street, Wellington, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all right, title and interest (present and future, legal and equitable) in, to, under and derived from the undertaking and assets whatsoever, both present and future (but excluding excluded overseas assets), whether situated within in New Zealand or elsewhere, including the uncalled capital and called but unpaid capital for the time being of each of Fortex Group Limited, Canterbury Venison (NZ) Limited, Canterbury Meat Packers Limited, Ashburton Cold Storage Limited and Summit Deer Products Limited.

Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Maroubra Holdings Limited:

Dorchester Pacific Limited at Auckland, with reference to Maroubra Holdings Limited, hereby gives notice that on the 28th day of April 1994, it appointed Laurence George Chilcott and Stephen Rex Tietjens, both accountants of Auckland, as receivers and managers of the undertaking, property and assets of the company which carries on business as a property owner under the provisions contained in a debenture dated the 15th day of July 1993.
