Pursuant to sections 114, 116, 117, 119 and 120 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington, declares:

that the land described in the First Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for road and vested in the Masterton District Council;

that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, is hereby stopped and amalgamated with certificate of title 235/57;

that the road described in the Third Schedule hereto, is hereby stopped and amalgamated with certificate of title 253/245;

that the land described in the Fourth Schedule hereto, is hereby severance and amalgamated with certificate of title 237/180;

that the land described in the Fifth Schedule hereto, is hereby severance and amalgamated with certificate of title 825/83.
