Notice is hereby given in pursuance of section 405 (2) of the Companies Act 1955, that a branch in New Zealand of Kraft Foods Limited, a company incorporated in Australia is no longer required and will cease to have a place of business in New Zealand as from 6 May 1994.

This will not impact on the current Kraft business in New Zealand. Kraft products will continue to be manufactured, marketed and distributed in the domestic and export markets through Kraft General Foods New Zealand Limited, a company incorporated in New Zealand.
