Take notice that a meeting of creditors is to be held at the New Zealand Society of Accountants Conference Centre, 27–33 Ohinerau Street, Remuera, Auckland, on the 25th day of January 1994 at 10 a.m.

Agenda:

1. Appointment of person to preside at the meeting.

2. Disclosure by the directors of a full statement of the position of the company’s affairs together with a list of the creditors of the company and the estimated amount of their claims and the circumstances leading to the winding up.

3. Appointment of liquidator or liquidators.

4. Appointment of a committee of inspection, if thought fit.
