Reserves Act 1977

Classification of Reserve

Pursuant to section 16 (2A) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Kapiti Coast District Council hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, as a local purpose reserve (road) subject to the provisions of the said Act:

46 square metres, more or less, being Lots 3, 4 and 5, D.P. 56472, situated in Blocks V and IX, Kaitawa Survey District. Part New Zealand Gazette notice 526854.

Dated at Paraparaumu this 8th day of April 1994.
