Education
Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990
Cancellation of a Licence for an Early Childhood Centre
Pursuant to regulation 14 of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary of Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated the 22nd day of June 1992, which was granted under those regulations to Huia Johnson in respect of Kimi Ora Purapura Te Kohanga Reo, 16 Tarbet Street, Flaxmere, Hastings.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975
Supplementary Integration Agreement
Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietor of the following school:
St Bernard's Primary School, Brooklyn.
The said supplementary integration agreement was executed on the 20th day of April 1994. A copy of the supplementary agreement is available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the district office of the Ministry of Education, 65 Waterloo Road, Lower Hutt.

Classification of Medicines
Pursuant to section 106 (1) of the Medicines Act 1981, the Minister of Health hereby declares the medicines listed in Schedules one, two and four to this notice to have the classifications prescription medicine, restricted medicine and general sale medicine respectively.
First Schedule
Prescription Medicines
amethocaine; for ophthalmological use; except when used by a registered optometrist for the purpose of facilitating the examination of the eye
cabergoline
fluvastatin
mivacurium chloride
nicotine; for nasal administration
proxymetacaine; for ophthalmological use; except when used by a registered optometrist for the purpose of facilitating the examination of the eye
recombinant human DNase
tropicamide; for ophthalmological use; except when used by a registered optometrist for the purpose of facilitating the examination of the eye
Second Schedule
Restricted Medicines
metoclopramide; when compounded with paracetamol and in a pack size of not more than 10 tablets or capsules
sodium cromoglycate; for ophthalmological use
Fourth Schedule
General Sale Medicines
cholecalciferol; in medicines containing 25 micrograms or less per recommended daily dose
potassium citrate; for oral rehydration therapy.
