Fitzherbert Rowe, a firm of barristers and solicitors of Palmerston North, announces that Nicholas William Thomson and Michael Raymond Shue retire as partners of the firm on the 31st day of March 1994.

The remaining partners, Maurice Bathurst Rowe, Phillip James Sunderland, Michael Benjamin Keys, Charles John Andrew, Barry William John Roche, Geoffrey John O'Sullivan, Gordon Allan Paine and John Hamish Freebairn will continue in partnership under the name Fitzherbert Rowe.

The firm will continue to operate from its present premises at Farmers Mutual House, 68 The Square, Palmerston North. The postal address, telephone and facsimile numbers remain unchanged.

Notice Pursuant to Section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952

Notice is hereby given that pursuant to an order of the District Court at Christchurch (M. 196/92) extinguishing the easement created by conveyance 6651 (17D/41) over the land comprised in certificate of title 7A/518 in so far as it affects the land comprised and described in certificates of title 379/141, 360/267, 360/268, 357/26, 372/214, 379/143, 3D/781 and 355/242 it is my intention to note the extinguishment of the easement against the aforementioned certificates of title 1 calendar month from the date of the New Zealand Gazette containing this notice.

This order may be inspected at the Land Registry Office at Christchurch.
