Exhibitionz Limited, the debenture holder, pursuant to the powers contained in a debenture dated the 22nd day of November 1990, and given by Audio-Visual Systems Limited, gives notice of the appointment on the 18th day of April 1994 of Anthony Charles Harris, financial adviser of Auckland, as receiver and manager of all the property, assets and undertaking of the company, both present and future, including its uncalled and called, but unpaid capital and the goodwill of all its business charged by the debenture.
