Roadways Declared Road in South Auckland Land District

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 320 of the Maori Land Act 1993 and in accordance with recommendations made by the Maori Land Court to the Minister of Transport, I, Dame Catherine Anne Tizard, the Governor-General of New Zealand, declare that the land comprised in the roadways described in the Schedule hereto shall be road.

South Auckland Land District

19.4 perches, situated in Block XIV, Hastings Survey District, being the land laid out as roadway having a uniform width of 100 links over the Maori freehold land known as Waiomu 3B2B2BD3 Block and shown on ML Plan 20253; lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor, South Auckland Land District.

1 rood 05.6 perches, situated in Block XIV, Hastings Survey District, being the land laid out as roadway having a uniform width of 100 links over the Maori freehold land known as Waiomu 3B2B2D2 Block and shown on ML Plan 20253; lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor, South Auckland Land District.

Given under the hand of Her Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand this 23rd day of March 1994.
