Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

We, Douglas McLennan Russell and Glenys Jean Russell, hereby give notice that on the 15th day of March 1994, we terminated the appointment of Donald Robert Edgar Moncrieff, credit consultant, as receiver and manager, and appointed in his place, Rodney Paul Clarke of 3 Muritai Road, Milford, Auckland, accountant, as receiver and manager of all the assets, property and undertaking of the above-named company under the power contained in an instrument, dated the 27th day of August 1993, being a debenture from Hospitality Design & Print Limited to Douglas McLennan Russell and Glenys Jean Russell.
