Pursuant to section 52 (4) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, at the request of The Christchurch City Council, hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto, held by that council, to be set apart for road.

Road Stopped and Vested in Block I, Campbelltown Hundred

Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Invercargill, declares the road described in the Schedule hereto, to be stopped and:

(1) That the stopped road firstly described be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 10C/783, subject to existing encumbrances.

(2) That the stopped road secondly described be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 10B/337, subject to existing encumbrances.

Southland Land District—Invercargill City

All that portion of road containing 0a 0.5p (13 square metres), adjoining Lot 1, D.P. 13206, being more particularly shown coloured green on Survey Office Plan 7245.

All that portion of road containing 0a 0r 8.7p (220 square metres), adjoining Lot 1, D.P. 12826, being more particularly shown coloured green on Survey Office Plan 7245.
