Notice is hereby given in pursuance of section 281 of the Companies Act 1955, that a general meeting of the above-named companies will be held at the offices of KPMG Peat Marwick, Tenth Level, KPMG Peat Marwick Centre, 9 Princes Street, Auckland at 9 a.m. on the 29th day of April 1994, for the purpose of having accounts laid before it showing how the winding ups have been conducted and the property of the companies has been disposed of, and to receive any explanations thereof by the liquidators.
