Pursuant to section 26H of the Judicature Act 1908, Her Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to appoint

Roland Patrick Towle
a Master of the High Court for a term of 1 month commencing on the 1st day of May 1994.

Tariff Act 1988

Tariff (Statistical Requirements) Amendment Notice 1994

Pursuant to section 10 (2) of the Tariff Act 1988, the Secretary of Commerce gives the following notice.

Notice

Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Tariff (Statistical Requirements) Amendment Notice 1994.

(2) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of May 1994.

2. Statistical keys of certain Tariff items amended

The Tariff is hereby amended by revoking the statistical keys of Tariff items 2905.12.00, 2914.30.00, 2921.42.00, 2922.49.00, 2932.90.00, 2933.39.00, 2934.90.00, 2939.40.00, 2939.60.00, 7007.11.02, 7007.11.03, 7007.11.05, 7007.11.09, 7007.21.02, 7007.21.03, 7007.21.05, 8421.31.00, and substituting the statistical keys specified in the First Schedule to this notice.

3. Certain statistical keys of certain Tariff items amended

The Tariff is hereby further amended by revoking the statistical keys represented by the Tariff items and codes 2912.49.00 09B, 2933.90.00 09B, 2934.90.00 09L, and substituting the statistical keys specified in the Second Schedule to this notice.
