Notice is hereby given that by entry in the minute book of the company on the 24th day of March 1994, Leeming Agencies Limited passed a resolution for voluntary winding up and that the official assignee be appointed the provisional liquidator of the company. The official assignee on the 24th day of March 1994 appointed Laurence George Chilcott and Peter Charles Chatfield to be provisional liquidators in place of the official assignee pursuant to section 362 (9) of the Companies Act 1955.
