Ronnick Commodities (NZ) Limited, being the holder of a debenture in its favour bearing the date 19th day of July 1993, hereby gives you notice that it has appointed Neil Gene Govenlock and Robert Malcolm Keen, chartered accountants, both of Auckland, as receivers and managers of the property of Colourite Leather Services Limited under the powers contained in the said debenture.

The offices of the receivers and managers are situated in Lay Dodd & Partners, 349 Remuera Road, Remuera.

Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

The ANZ Banking Group (New Zealand) Limited, with reference to Sub 4 NZ Limited, hereby gives notice that on the 15th day of March 1994, the bank appointed Rowan John Chapman and Geoffrey Donald Campbell Walker, chartered accountants of Gosling Chapman, 63 Albert Street, Auckland, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 28th day of March 1991.

The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, wheresoever and whatsoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
