Education Act 1989

Dissolution of Board of Trustees of Kuranui College

Pursuant to section 107 (1) of the Education Act 1989, I am satisfied that the Kuranui College Board of Trustees should not continue in existence by reason of disharmony and I hereby dissolve the Kuranui College Board of Trustees and direct the Secretary for Education to appoint a Commissioner to act in its place.

Cancellation of a Licence for an Early Childhood Centre

Pursuant to regulation 14 of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary of Education, I hereby cancel the licence, dated the 21st day of January 1994, which was granted under those regulations to Tauese Tioa in respect of Wallace House Pre-School, 89 Wallace Road, Mangere Bridge, Auckland.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Supplementary Integration Agreement

Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the Proprietor of the following school:

St Anthony's School, Seatoun.
