Cancellation of Registration

Notice is hereby given that the Registrar of Friendly Societies and Credit Unions has, pursuant to section 92 (1) (f) of the Friendly Societies and Credit Unions Act 1982, on the 15th day of March 1994, cancelled the registration of THE NCF SICK AND ACCIDENT BENEVOLENT SOCIETY, because the society has ceased to exist.

Cancellation of Registration

Notice is hereby given that the Registrar of Friendly Societies and Credit Unions has, pursuant to section 92 (1) (g) of the Friendly Societies and Credit Unions Act 1982, on 14 March 1994, cancelled the registration of HAWERA UNITED FRIENDLY SOCIETIES DISPENSARY, at the request of the dispensary and because it no longer satisfies the purposes for which friendly societies may be established and maintained.
