Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
and Notice of Receivers and Managers Ceasing to Act

Pursuant to Section 346 (1) and (3) of the Companies Act 1955

Caulfold Holdings Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Wellington, hereby gives notice that:

1. On the 9th day of March 1994, it appointed James William Sherwin and Brian Joseph Walshe, both of Lower Hutt, chartered accountants, jointly and severally as receivers and managers with powers of management of all the property of Fairmont Investments Limited under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 21st day of May 1993, which property consists of all the undertaking and the real and personal property and assets and effects, both present and future, including any unpaid calls and any uncalled and unpaid capital, present and future, of the said Fairmont Investments Limited.

2. On the 10th day of March 1994, the said receivers and managers ceased to act as receivers and managers of the property of Fairmont Investments Limited.

Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

Bank of New Zealand, with reference to Scotney’s Manchester Bedding Limited, hereby gives notice that on the 16th day of March 1994, at the request of the directors of the company the bank appointed Roderick Thomas McKenzie, chartered accountant of Palmerston North, whose office is at the Seventh Floor, NML Building, Palmerston North as receiver and manager of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 22nd day of August 1988.

The receiver and manager has been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
