In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Auckland Wallboard Systems Limited (in liquidation):

Notice is hereby given that John Robert Buchanan and Stephen Glenn Hotchin were appointed liquidators of Auckland Wallboard Systems Limited (in liquidation) at a meeting of its creditors held on the 28th day of February 1994.
