Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

Rafters Holdings Limited, with reference to Mount View Tavern Limited, hereby gives notice that on the 24th day of February 1994, Rafters Holdings Limited appointed Kim Scott Thompson and Grant Mackintosh, chartered accountants, whose offices are at the offices of Ernst & Young, Chartered Accountants, 711 Victoria Street, Hamilton, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 24th day of September 1991.

The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatssoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.

Limited, being the assignee of a debenture in favour of ANZ Banking Group (New Zealand) Limited, dated the 24th day of January 1991 and registered at the Companies Office at Auckland on the 5th day of January 1991 ("the debenture") issued by Biscay Greetings N.Z. Limited ("the company"), hereby gives notice that on the 2nd day of March 1994, under the powers contained in the debenture, it appointed Alan James Cunningham and John Joseph Cregten, chartered accountants, both of Auckland, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the undertaking, property and assets of the company.

Advertisement of Application for Winding Up of a Company by the Court

Take notice that on the 28th day of February 1994, an application for the winding up of Petley & Tauri Group Limited by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Wanganui.

The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wanganui on the 23rd day of March 1994 at 10 a.m.

Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
