Pursuant to section 76F of the Defence Act 1990, the Minister of Defence hereby approves the following appointments, promotions, re-activations, Cadet Force Medals, terminations, resignations, and retirements of officers of the New Zealand Cadet Forces.

SEA CADET CORPS

Promotion

Sub Lieutenant L. R. Duncan, TS Rangiriri to be a Lieutenant with seniority from 17 October 1991.

Extension to Commission

Sub Lieutenant L. R. Duncan, TS Bellona, has commission extended to 17 October 1991.

Resignation

Sub Lieutenant D. Bland, TS Bellona, resigns from 1 January 1992.

Transfers

Sub Lieutenant P. T. Dicken, is transferred from the Supernumerary list to TS Chatham from 1 February 1992.

CADET CORPS

Appointment to Commission

Leith Conroy Goodall, to be a Second Lieutenant with seniority from 21 March 1991.

Appointment to Command

Second Lieutenant M. H. Faulks, Rongotai College Cadet Unit, is appointed Unit Commander with effect 17 February 1992.

Relinquishment of Command

Lieutenant C. B. Lewis, Rongotai College Cadet Unit, relinquishes command with effect 17 February 1992.

AIR TRAINING CORPS

Appointment to Command

Flight Lieutenant S. Hobbs, No. 41 (Kapi-Mana) ATC Sqn is transferred to No. 49 (Kapiti) ATC Sqn and appointed Unit Commander with effect 3 February 1992.

Extension to Commission

Squadron Leader A. E. Boyd, No. 44 (Paeroa) ATC Sqn, has commission extended until December 1992.

Squadron Leader D. H. Fisher, has commission extended to 16 November 1992.

Transfers

Flight Lieutenant J. L. Brownlie, No. 19 (Auckland) ATC Sqn is transferred to the Supernumerary List for a period of one year from 31 December 1991.

Flight Officer P. A. Christian, No. 20 (Whangarei) ATC Sqn is transferred to the Supernumerary List for a period of one year from 2 October 1991.

Flight Lieutenant C. B. Lewis, Rongotai College Cadet Unit, is transferred to the Special List from 17 February 1992.

Resignation

Flight Lieutenant A. G. McFarlane, No. 49 (Kapiti) ATC Sqn, resigns from 9 December 1991.
