Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager

Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

Westpac Banking Corporation hereby gives notice that on the 21st day of February 1994, it appointed Keith Raymond Smith, chartered accountant, whose office is care of Spicer and Oppenheim, P.O. Box 2219, Auckland, as receiver and manager of all the assets and property of the above-named company under the power contained in an instrument dated the 27th day of September 1991, being a debenture from the 1st Engineering Limited to Westpac Banking Corporation.
