RULES OF ORIGIN – DETERMINATION OF IMPORTED MATERIAL

Notice 1994/3

In terms of Regulation 70(b)(iii) of the Customs Regulations 1968, "Goods Wholly Manufactured in Australia", the following materials have been determined:

Hydroxy Ethyl Cellulose
Polyvinyl Alcohol
Vinyl Acetate
Vinyl Versatate

This determination is effective from 13 October 1993.

In terms of Regulation 70(b)(iii) of the Customs Regulations 1968, "Goods Wholly Manufactured in Australia", the following material has been determined:

Stainless steel rod, hot rolled, in coil form, having a diameter of less than 24mm

This determination is effective from 21 May 1993.

In terms of Regulation 70(b)(iii) of the Customs Regulations 1968, "Goods Wholly Manufactured in Australia", the following materials have been determined:

100% cotton 45/1 ECC grey marl top dyed yarn being yarns other than wool carpet yarns or yarns put up for retail sale
Poly cotton 45/1 ECC grey marl top dyed yarn being yarns other than wool carpet yarns or yarns put up for retail sale

This determination is effective from 27 August 1992.
